Alice In Chains is such an awesome band. RIP Layne Staley, the lead singer who died from a speedball overdose. Regardless, I fucking love their music - there is something about the grunge sound that will never die with me. Would? is probably my favorite song by them. Next would be Again. Retarded Craziness

OK, so, Target was a fucking madhouse tonight. And people get really rude around Christmastime. And some kids need to stay at home and release their energy playing OUTSIDE like we did when we were kids. I find it funny when it's supposed to be a jolly, joyous time of the year, but in reality, some people turn into fucktards. Sometimes, even assholes. I guess it's the holiday season that brings the other personalities in people. Who knows. Regardless, just keep your guard up as you do that last minute shopping.

My Woot Winnings

OK, so here's what I got for my $5 plus $1 shipping. I'm still waiting on the third thing. (It's not uncommon for your bag of crap to come in separate shipments). I'll post the third once I get it. I'd say the bag of crap was not a bad bag of shit.

I'm excited because I should be getting my Random Bag of Crap from WOOT tomorrow! The basic premise is that for $5, I get a bundle of 3 random items. Sometimes there are really good things in it, others, just crap. I'm keeping my fingers crossed though and I'll let you know what I get. Keep your eye on WOOT for Publish Posta WOOT-off. They do it usually once a month.

Who Knew?

AVOC Gala

This past weekend, we went to the AVOC fundraiser with our friends. I had never been to a black tie event before, but it turned out to be tons of fun. And the one bitch from last year's American Idol was part of the entertainment. However, the biggest star was Rob - he helped put the event together. There's even a picture to show that he's a star.

These are the cannas that I moved last fall. They are now taller than the front windows. Craziness. I'm planning on adding some to the fence next to our driveway so we won't have to see our neighbors' ugly-ass fence. Let me know if you want some.
